Drive continuous improvement within both your own skillset and the wider team’s service offering

Proven experience in penetration testing or red teaming (minimum 3–5 years)
Strong understanding of offensive security concepts and methodologies
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English

Additional advanced certifications (OSEP, OSED, CRTE, etc.)
What’s on Offer
A flat, non-bureaucratic culture where initiative and innovation are encouraged
Opportunities to research, publish, and develop new offensive techniques
A long-term environment that invests in your professional growth
Flexible hybrid/remote working model to suit your lifestyle
Competitive package including pension, premium equipment (MacBook), regular team events, and a genuinely collaborative culture
