How long does the process take?
On average 4-8 weeks from start to finish, but it depends on the urgency of the role! We have been known to fill executive positions in as little as 2 weeks.
What if the candidate I chose doesn't work out?
Last year we successfully filled 97% of roles across our industries, but, if it doesn't work out, we'll re-engage the search and find a suitable replacement swiftly.
