Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced M365 / Co-pilot Project Manager / Subject Matter Expert with strong expertise in data migration, Microsoft 365 administration, and Copilot integration. This role involves leading implementation, migration, and adoption projects across Microsoft environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 and Copilot deployment and migration projects.

• Manage data migration from legacy systems to M365 using appropriate tools and methodologies.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security throughout migration phases.

• Act as a technical SME for M365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and Copilot integrations.

• Support user training, documentation, and post-migration troubleshooting.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in M365 and data migration.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Copilot architecture and integration.

• Familiarity with PowerShell, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and data security best practices.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
