The Opportunity

The company is hiring a Development Manager to support the execution of distributed generation projects across multiple markets. This role sits at the center of project development, working cross-functionally to move projects from early-stage through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate development activities including interconnection, real estate, permitting, and environmental matters

• Manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions

• Negotiate and execute complex transactions related to renewable energy projects

• Provide guidance on development strategy, risk, and deal structuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, law, or related field

• 3+ years of relevant experience; distributed energy experience a plus

• Strong negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment
