They are now looking to expand their R&D team further by adding a Junior and a Senior Hardware Verification Engineer in Krakow.

The Role
As a Hardware Verification Engineer, you’ll play a key role in verifying highly configurable IP blocks that form the backbone of complex SoC systems. You’ll define, develop, and execute advanced RTL verification strategies using Python, C++, and leading EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, etc.), while continuously improving verification workflows and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Define, document, and execute verification plans for highly parameterized IP in Python and C++.
Develop and maintain RTL test coverage and ensure top-quality verification results.
Build and enhance verification components (e.g. BFMs, monitors, UVM agents).
Improve metrics and automation across verification processes.
Collaborate closely with design, architecture, and software teams to ensure product excellence.
What You Bring
At least 2+ years (Junior) or at least 4+ years (Senior) of experience in hardware verification within the semiconductor industry.
Strong understanding of RTL design and verification using VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog, SystemC, C++, and Python.
Proven expertise in verification methodologies (UVM, VIPs, testbenches, formal methods).
Experience with EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, etc.) and Shell scripting.
Knowledge of interconnect technologies and hardware communication protocols (AMBA, OCP, etc.).
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, autonomy, and team spirit.
Excellent communication skills in English is essential.
Education
Bsc, Master’s or PhD in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
