​About the Role:

We are working with a leading global commodity trading and mining company, on a strategic ETRM transformation. They are seeking an experiencedEndur Business Analystto join their trading technology team to optimise trading, risk, and settlements processes using Openlink Endur. This role requires strong experience in cMotion and LNG trading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse, document, and enhance complex trading workflows in Endur.

• Collaborate with traders, risk managers, and operations teams to understand business requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.

• Support Endur configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

• Provide guidance on ETRM best practices, process improvement, and workflow optimisation.

• Assist with user training, documentation, and change management initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in energy or commodity trading, preferably with LNG exposure.

• Strong experience in Openlink Endur, including trading, risk, and settlements modules.

• Experience with cMotion for trading operations and workflow management.

• Proven track record in ETRM implementation or optimisation projects.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.

Desirable:

• Exposure to other ETRM/CTRM platforms (e.g., Allegro, RightAngle).

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (EMIR, REMIT, MiFID II).

• Experience with data migration, reporting, or business intelligence tool
