Overview:

A rapidly growing energy investment firm is seeking a Technical Asset Manager to oversee and optimise a diverse portfolio of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and renewable assets.

This is an opportunity for a technically minded professional, ideally from an engineering, sustainable energy, or project delivery background, to apply both technical knowledge and commercial awareness in a fast-moving, purpose-driven sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contract tracking, compliance, and project onboarding

• Support BESS system design, specification, and performance optimisation

• Drive EBITDA improvement through operational and efficiency initiatives

• Coordinate fault diagnosis and corrective action with O&M teams

• Oversee H&S management and ensure adherence to operational standards

• Provide performance insights and support commercial decision-making

Ideal Profile:

• Degree in engineering, energy systems, or similar technical discipline

• Experience within renewable energy, infrastructure, or asset operations

• Demonstrated organisational and stakeholder management ability

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills

• BESS or storage experience desirable, but not essential
