The role

• Lead the successful delivery of key transformation initiatives within the Energy sector.

• Apply strong expertise in Agile methodologies to drive structured, value-focused delivery.

• Manage end-to-end delivery governance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Engage and manage senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.

• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope.

• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.

• Experience delivering Salesforce programmes is highly desirable.
