​· Proven experience managing high-voltage (HV) and substation construction projects (preferably 110kV and above).

· Strong understanding of AIS/GIS substations, HV switchgear, transformers, and protection and control systems.

· Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
