Job requirements:

​Experience in systems integration support

Understanding of APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks

Exposure to SIT/UAT coordination and defect management

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar

Basic understanding of SDLC and release processes
