​Vallum is partnered with a unique & innovative start-up feel MEP team who is looking to hire a Senior Mechanical PM. PE is a requirement here as you will quickly advance to a Department Head position.

This team is adaptable & open to change. If you want to work in a market outside of their current focus (Residential, Affordable Housing, Energy), they are open to it.

There is a small design team already established which you will eventually manage. With the Electrical & P/FP Leaders already identified, this will be the last step in order to fully launch & scale the MEP team.

Salary up to $160k. US Citizens & GCH's only.
