We are expanding our Renewables division and are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to support the growth of clean energy and sustainability-focused markets.

This role offers the opportunity to work on future-facing projects while building a high-value recruitment desk.

​The Role

· Full 360 recruitment lifecycle management

· Developing new business across renewable energy markets

· Delivering permanent and contract recruitment solutions

· Becoming a subject-matter expert within your renewable specialism

· Contributing to team growth and knowledge sharing

Experience Required

· 18+ months’ experience in 360 recruitment

· Minimum £120k billed annually

· Experience within renewables, Mechanical engineering, Data centers / built environment and critical projects or energy storage

· Strong drive, commercial focus, and long-term mindset
