​We are hiring an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Engineering division, supporting clients across complex, technical and infrastructure-led projects.

This is a 360 recruitment role suited to a consultant who has already proven their billing capability and is ready to take ownership of a specialist engineering market.

The Role

· End-to-end 360 recruitment from new business to delivery.

· Business development and account management within the renewables space mainly across the UK and EU

· Managing permanent and/or contract engineering hires

· Building long-term client partnerships and market presence

· Supporting and mentoring junior consultants as the team grows

Experience Required

· 18+ months’ experience in a 360 recruitment role

· Minimum £120k billed in a 12-month period

· Background recruiting within engineering or technical markets

· Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
