A well-funded European renewable energy developer is expanding its solar portfolio in France, focusing on ground-mounted and Agri-PV projects.

Role Overview

Lead PV projects from early development to construction-ready stage, ensuring technical, regulatory, and financial viability. Define development strategies for French projects and manage relationships with local authorities, landowners, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PV projects across all development phases

• Oversee permitting, land acquisition, and grid connection processes

• Coordinate internal teams and external advisors (technical, legal, financial)

• Manage budgets, schedules, and project milestones

• Monitor regulatory and market developments; represent the company externally

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years in renewable energy project development (PV focus)

• Proven track record in permitting, approvals, and stakeholder management

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Fluent in French and English; willing to travel

• Strategic, pragmatic, and delivery-oriented
