We are currently partnering exclusively with a company in the Energy & Commodity Trading sector that is seeking experienced Senior Business Consultants/Business Analysts with strong expertise in ETRM/CTRM systems to support high-impact digital transformation projects across Europe.

Please note:

• Hands-on experience with the Endur (Openlink) ETRM platform is mandatory.

• Candidates must be currently based in Bulgaria or willing to relocate.
  

In this role, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end delivery of E/CTRM solutions—from initial business analysis through to solution design and go-live support. Your responsibilities will span both functional consulting and leadership, working with high-profile clients across the global energy and commodities markets.

This is a client-facing role with a strong focus on problem-solving, stakeholder management, and solution delivery under pressure. Occasional travel will be required (primarily within Europe), with full expenses covered and additional compensation for time spent away.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of business consultants throughout project lifecycles.

• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure business needs are met.

• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.

• Support data analysis and critical decision-making during implementation.

• Deliver internal training sessions and contribute to overall team capability development.

Ideal Profile:

• Proven hands-on experience with Endur (Openlink) is mandatory.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in E/CTRM consulting.

• Strong understanding of trading products in Energy, Oil, Gas, or Financial Markets.

• Background in risk and portfolio management.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.

• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases is desirable.

• Comfortable working in multicultural, fast-paced environments.

• Flexible and willing to travel as project needs require.
