A major UK infrastructure organisation currently undergoing significant expansion is embarking on a large-scale transformation of its people and technology landscape. As part of this next phase, we’re seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors SME to join the programme.

​

You will act as the SuccessFactors product expert within a high-profile transformation programme. You’ll work closely with the Programme Manager and collaborate with a leading SI to shape, challenge, and guide the design, implementation, and optimisation of SuccessFactors across the organisation.

This role offers a unique chance to influence a major transformation backed by strong funding and long-term strategic commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the SuccessFactors subject-matter expert across the programme

• Act as the client-side product authority, guiding decision-making and solution design

• Work closely with the Programme Manager and external SI partner

• Provide functional expertise across key SF modules

• Support delivery, testing, configuration oversight, and process alignment

• Challenge design assumptions and ensure solutions meet business needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors SME

• Strong understanding of SF modules and cross-functional dependencies

• Experience working on large transformation programmes

• Ability to act in a client-side advisory or product ownership capacity

• Confident collaborating with SIs and senior stakeholders
