Job description

​We are seeking a highly skilled S/4 Finance Expert with a focus on Revenue Recognition (RAR), VIM (OpenText), MBC/BCM and Credit & Dispute Management to lead and support the integration and optimisation of Finance processes.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Finance & Controlling with a strong track record of implementing and supporting Finance modules in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement continuous improvement related Change Requests in Revenue Recognition (RAR), OpenText VIM, MBC/BCM, and Credit & Dispute Management.

  • Integrate banks with S/4HANA via MBC/BCM for cash flow processes.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Tax teams to ensure global finance processes and audit readiness.

  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for S/4HANA Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Month-end Closing) functionalities.

  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for S/4HANA Controlling (Production orders, internal orders, cost centers, profit centers) functionalities.

  • Process and configuration knowledge about Actual Costing and Costing runs.

  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in OpenText VIM and S/4HANA (RAR, MBC/BCM, Credit & Dispute Management).

  • Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations involving OpenText VIM and S/4HANA integration.

  • Familiarity with S/4HANA FI & CO processes

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • OpenText (VIM) and/or S/4HANA certifications.

  • Experience with SAP BRF+ methodology.

  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
