​Project Developer – Solar & BESS

Salary: open to discussing + %bonus

We’re looking for an experienced Project Developer to lead solar and battery storage projects for commercial and industrial clients across the UK. You’ll take projects from early concept to ready-to-build, managing site feasibility, land agreements, planning, grid, and stakeholder engagement.

​

The role offers the chance to shape processes and frameworks for private-wire solar and hybrid projects while delivering bankable, investment-ready developments.

Requirements:

• Ideally 5+ years experience with Project Development

• Proven experience with

  Solar and BESS projects

• Strong track record in land agreements and stakeholder management

• Knowledge of planning, grid, and commercial considerations

• Based in the UK
