We’re hiring: Project Developer – Solar/Wind/BESS

• Berlin-based, hybrid working model

• Salary: €70k + performance bonus

An international renewable energy developer is looking for a Project Developer to expand its solar, wind, and energy storage portfolio in Germany. This high-impact role allows you to work independently, shape new projects, and contribute directly to the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new project opportunities (greenfield, co-development, M&A)

• Conduct market analysis and assess financial & technical feasibility

• Support engineering, environmental, and technical studies

• Coordinate with municipalities, landowners, co-developers, and consultants

• Assist in due diligence and project acquisitions

• Represent the company at industry events, building brand awareness

Your Profile:

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, Urban Planning, or similar

• Several years’ experience in renewable energy development

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Business-fluent German & English

• Willingness to travel across Germany

• Proficient in MS Office; multidisciplinary knowledge (commercial, financial, legal)
