​We are hiring a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow our Trading & Commodities desk, partnering with clients across energy trading, commodities, and financial markets.

This role is designed for a high-performing, market-leading consultant who combines strong billing performance with the ability to shape strategy, mentor others, and drive sustainable desk growth.

The Role

· Ownership of a Trading & Commodities recruitment desk in a full 360 capacity

· Developing and managing senior client relationships within energy trading and commodities markets

· Leading new business generation and account strategy

· Delivering permanent and contract recruitment solutions across front-office, middle-office, and specialist trading functions

· Acting as a market expert and brand ambassador

· Supporting and mentoring consultants as the team scales

Experience & Track Record

We’re looking to speak with consultants who:

· Have 3+ years’ experience in 360 recruitment with billings over 350k

· Have consistently billed at Principal level

· Bring proven experience recruiting within trading, commodities, energy trading, or risk experience.

· Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking

· Are comfortable operating with autonomy and responsibility
