Job description

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for offshore renewable energy assets, including wind turbines, meteorological masts, substations, foundations, and subsea cables. You’ll ensure all services are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with contractual and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage scheduled and reactive onshore/offshore maintenance.

  • Lead project delivery, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

  • Manage budgets, contract variations, procurement, and invoicing.

  • Produce and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).

  • Supervise internal teams and external contractors, maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Prepare reports and project documentation for clients and stakeholders.

  • Participate in the on-call rota to support emergency response and offshore callouts.

  • Contribute to internal process improvements, proposals, and cost estimates.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation.

  • Experience in offshore O&M or related engineering/project management roles.

  • Competence in LV/HV systems, mechanical fault-finding, and data systems.

  • Understanding of wind turbines, offshore transmission assets (OFTOs), and balance of plant.

  • Awareness of working at height and in confined spaces.

  • Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
