Training Specialist Overview

Vallum Associates are partnered with a Nuclear Services Firm who is seeking a Training Specialist responsible for developing and delivering training programs that support project operations, compliance, and safety standards. This role ensures employees are well-prepared to meet regulatory requirements and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. (Relocation required - 4-10 schedule)

Responsibilities

• Design, update, and deliver training programs for staff across the project.

• Conduct sessions, workshops, and evaluations to measure effectiveness.

• Collaborate with project leaders and safety personnel to identify training needs.

• Maintain accurate records of training activities and certifications.

• Stay current on industry regulations and training best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, HR, or related field.

• 5+ years of training experience, preferably in energy, industrial, or regulated environments.

• Strong knowledge of compliance and safety standards.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
