We are looking for an MEP Cost Manager in Farciennes, Belgium.

​Role Summary

• Review and analyse tenders/bids, with a focus on MEP packages, to ensure best value for clients.

• Support resolution of construction disputes and MEP-related loss/expense claims.

• Lead and mentor team members, driving strong performance in MEP cost management.

• Prepare and agree final accounts, including MEP claims.

• Develop estimates and cost plans for major projects, particularly MEP elements.

• Produce cost reports, valuations, and clear documentation to support decision-making.

• Manage project spend and communicate variations within MEP scope.

About You

• Experienced MEP Cost Manager on large, complex construction projects (consultancy background preferred), ideally in Data Centres, Oil & Gas, Pharma, or heavy industrial sectors.

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or process systems.

• Degree or equivalent experience in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or similar.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Farciennes (with legal right to work).

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing your own priorities.
