​A growing, MEP engineering firm is looking to add a Mechanical Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to support a rapidly expanding portfolio of ground-up commercial and residential high-rise projects across New York.

With a strong pipeline of 50+ active projects, including newly awarded large-scale developments exceeding 1M+ SF, this is an opportunity to join a close-knit team that is making a major impact in the new construction space.

The Role

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be hands-on in the design and coordination of mechanical systems for large-scale new builds, working closely with senior engineers and firm leadership.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, analyzing, and developing mechanical systems for commercial and residential buildings

  • Producing mechanical designs in Revit, aligned with applicable mechanical and building codes

  • Supporting projects from early design through construction documentation

  • Coordinating with internal MEP disciplines and external project stakeholders

  • Contributing to fast-moving, high-visibility new construction projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)

  • 3–4 years of mechanical design experience

  • Background in new construction (high-rise preferred; low-rise considered)

  • Strong proficiency in Revit (this is critical)

  • Experience in commercial and/or residential buildings

  • EIT or PE not required (certifications welcomed but design ability and commitment to MEP matter most)
