​Land Acquisition Manager – Solar PV & BESS

An international renewable energy developer is looking for a Land Acquisition Manager to support the expansion of its solar PV and BESS portfolio in Southern Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate sites for solar and battery projects

• Conduct feasibility and permitting assessments

• Negotiate land lease and acquisition agreements

• Manage relationships with landowners, authorities, and stakeholders

• Support development projects in collaboration with internal teams

​

Your Profile

• Several years’ experience in land acquisition or real estate, ideally in renewables

• Strong knowledge of the German development and permitting landscape

• Confident negotiator with landowners and authorities

• Independent, proactive working style

• Fluent German; English an advantage

• GIS/CAD knowledge beneficial
