Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of development projects-from initial planning and design coordination to construction management and final delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational capabilities, stakeholder coordination skills, and effective control of schedule, cost, and quality to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full planning and execution process of UK residential and commercial development projects, including budgeting and implementation.

• Develop and manage project schedules, cost plans, and risk control strategies to ensure timely. high-quality, and on-budget delivery.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, government authorities, and internal teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.​
