Job Description

• Lead the structuring and execution of tax equity, debt, and securitization transactions to finance solar projects.

• Negotiate key financing documents and manage lenders, tax equity investors, and external stakeholders through closing and ongoing administration.

• Oversee due diligence, financial modeling, consultant coordination, and transaction execution processes.

• Partner cross-functionally with development, construction, legal, and operations teams to support project delivery and portfolio growth.

• Monitor asset financial performance and provide reporting, forecasting, and strategic insights to senior leadership
