Job description
Mandatory Skill Sets-:
Project Co-ordination, Should be well versed with Agile method of working in software engineering, Experience in writing test scripts andUATsupport, Should have knowledge of working inLMS ( Learning Management System) and CMS ( Content Management System)
Roles & Responsibilities-:
Manage training-related logistics including, but not limited to: training schedules, request workflow, classrooms, evaluations, communications, learner support, and reports, etc., including onsite and virtual
Classroom management, virtual and in person, from check-in to general logistics
Work effectively with cross-functional teams to coordinate training sessions and events for the audience, and other teams
Act as Saba Learning Management System (LMS) administrator, or another LMS, including, not limited to: data entry, reporting, troubleshooting, and testing
Work within the Content Management System (CMS) to learn, test, and implement changes to our tooling
Testing and use of a UAT environment, and ability to document, and provide feedback on results.
Support the global training team by assisting with training material reviews, asset management, and various regional projects
Manage global training communications and templates for promotions, events, surveys, etc.
Create, organize, and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and metrics for leadership Assess global training data, identify trends and patterns, and providing meaningful input on the direction of various programs, established and pilots
Support survey creation for IT division offerings in survey tools
Manage a variety of IT training projects, including but not limited to content development, software implementation, global initiatives
Apply Agile (or other) methodologies to IT learning and development projects, driving constant iteration and evaluation
Identify blockers, risks, and assumptions in all projects, drive leadership awareness and decision-making
Facilitate regular meetings and lead training project meetings, keeping track of action items, blockers, etc.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams to coordinate project work, process, communications etc.
Develop process and cadence to track status of projects including running weekly status meetings with the team and managers
Work with program leads and managers to determine how incoming requests need to be prioritized with current workload across, but not limited too Instructor Led training, Online Learning, and Content Development
Support of questions and responses in the knowledge inboxes and channels as necessary
Provide regular communications, including, but not limited to project status, updates in meetings, and via online communication tools, with various stakeholders, leadership, and people across client and vendors as needed
Usage of any Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools need to follow client’s internal usage policies and security requirements. As such, unauthorized third-party tools cannot be used for any Apple project work
Test script writing, testing and use of a UAT environment, and ability to document, and provide feedback on results.
