Industry Analyst – Change

About the Role

We are supporting an organisation operating within a complex infrastructure and utilities environment that works closely with industry partners, customers and service providers to support operational improvements and sector-wide initiatives.

An opportunity has arisen for an Industry Analyst – Change to join the team, supporting the coordination of industry initiatives and improvement programmes across systems, processes and stakeholders. Ideal candidates will be commutable to West Midlands areas.

This role would suit candidates with experience in change delivery, industry analysis, programme support or stakeholder engagement within sectors such as utilities, energy, water, telecommunications, transport or infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of industry and organisational change initiatives

• Analyse industry developments and assess potential operational and business impacts

• Work closely with customers, partners and internal teams togather requirements and coordinate activities

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to support impact assessments and change planning

• Prepare documentation, analysis and reports to support programme delivery and decision making

• Participate in industry meetings

• Translate complex industry information into clear actions and implementation steps

Experience within utilities, energy, water, telecommunications, infrastructure or regulated environments would be beneficial.

• Experience gathering requirements and supporting implementation activities

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Ability to interpret complex information and present it clearly

• Comfortable working across multiple teams and coordinating activities
