​Freelance Land Scout – Solar/BESS (Germany)

Bavaria | Berlin | Hamburg | Remote

We’re seeking a freelance land scout to support site identification and acquisition for Solar/BESS in Germany. This role is ideal for someone with strong local networks, a background in real estate or land development, and a passion for the energy transition.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suitable land plots for solar development

• Build and maintain relationships with landowners and local authorities

• Conduct preliminary assessments and due diligence

• Collaborate with the project team to support acquisition and permitting
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in land scouting, real estate, or project development

• Knowledge of local planning and zoning processes

• Independent, proactive working style

• Based in or familiar with Bavaria, Berlin, or Hamburg
