We are looking for an Solution Architect to provide solution architecture expertise across multiple IT initiatives within our clients IT business which includes Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Real Estate. Our clients technology environment is large-scale, complex, highly interconnected, and operates within a regulated environment.

Solution Architect - Role Overview

As an Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining, shaping, and maintaining the technology architecture across the business unit. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and technology teams to ensure architectural alignment with business strategy, technical roadmaps, and compliance requirements.

You will be an expert in one or more of the following domains:

• Business and Application Architecture

• Technology and Infrastructure Architecture (including Integration)

• Data Architecture (Enterprise Information Management, Data & Analytics)

Solution Architect - Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, iterate, and communicate technology visions, strategies, and roadmaps aligned to business strategy.

• Architect and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and roadmap development with cross-functional stakeholders

• Provide expert guidance on cloud migration, security, identity, and governance strategies

• Produce solution options papers with strategic recommendations, including trade-offs, compromises, conflicts, and proposed MVPs.

• Support business case development for initiatives to progress to delivery.

• Create reusable architecture patterns to accelerate solution delivery.

• Provide architecture and design assurance for our clients internal platforms and integrations.

• Maintain robust and hygienic backlogs of platform features and enablers in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.
