About the Role
The Structured Finance Analyst will support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex financing solutions—including tax equity and debt instruments—to fund the company’s renewable energy portfolio. This position plays a key role in managing transaction processes, developing financial models, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project financing and ongoing asset performance.
Key Responsibilities
Execute financing transactions: Support the design, negotiation, and closing of tax equity, debt, and other structured finance deals to fund solar and clean energy projects.
Negotiate key agreements: Work with external counsel and counterparties to finalize financing documents such as credit facilities, partnership agreements, and securitization structures.
Drive transaction processes: Lead the coordination of due diligence efforts, third-party consultants, rating agencies, and internal teams to achieve timely and efficient closings.
Engage with financing partners: Serve as a primary point of contact for lenders and tax equity investors throughout transaction marketing, documentation, and post-closing operations.
Develop financial models: Build, enhance, and maintain detailed cash flow and valuation models to evaluate capital structures and optimize financing outcomes.
Collaborate across departments: Partner with development, construction, legal, and asset management teams to align financing activities with project execution and delivery.
Monitor existing assets: Track performance metrics of closed transactions, prepare regular financial updates, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure compliance with financing obligations.
