​Director / VP – Structured Finance & Investments

Vallum Associates are partnered with a leading solar developer is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex financing transactions supporting the company’s commercial solar/BESS projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of tax equity, debt, and other financing arrangements for renewable assets

• Negotiate key transaction documents and coordinate due diligence with lenders, investors, legal counsel, and advisors

• Oversee financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and performance monitoring across active investments

• Collaborate with internal teams across development, construction, legal, and operations to ensure seamless financing and project execution

• Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other external partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (advanced degree preferred)

• 8–12+ years of experience in structured finance, investment banking, or project finance, ideally within infrastructure or renewable energy

• Proven success managing complex transactions from origination to close

• Strong financial modeling, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail and communication abilities
