​We are looking for a Business System Analyst in Worthing, United Kingdom on a hybrid basis.

Role Responsibilities

1. Own and shape the IT portfolio roadmap, translating business needs into high-quality, technology-enabled solutions aligned to strategy.

2. Lead, line-manage, and develop a team of Business Analysts, embedding strong delivery standards, capability growth, and performance culture.

3. Act as lead Business Analyst for early-stage initiatives, eliciting high-level requirements, assessing feasibility, and triaging ideas into delivery.

4. Partner closely with Architecture, Data, and IT teams to design fit-for-purpose solutions within agreed time, cost, and regulatory constraints.

5. Assure solution quality across the portfolio, ensuring completeness of requirements, effective impact assessment, and measurable business benefits.

Requirements:

1. Extensive Business Analysis experience with a proven background in portfolio-level solution design and roadmap definition.

2. Minimum 5 years’ experience within the retail energy or utilities sector, working in regulated, complex environments.

3. Strong people management experience, including line management, coaching, performance management, and capability framework development.

4. Solid technical and architectural understanding, with hands-on experience in solution design, systems analysis, or software development.

5. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence senior business and IT leaders and challenge constructively.
