​Overview:

We are partnering with a well-established, multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm headquartered in Boston, currently seeking a BIM Manager with MEP/FP experience. This individual will report to the firm’s leadership and play a critical role in advancing BIM practices, standards, and technologies across all project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

General Duties

• Serve as the internal expert and primary point of contact for Revit and AutoCAD support.

• Lead and mentor drafting staff in best practices, efficiency improvements, and technical development.

• Chair the internal BIM/CAD committee and oversee software implementation strategies.

• Coordinate plotting standards, digital file submissions, and liaise with external IT and CAD consultants.

• Assist in annual BIM/technology budget planning and execution.

Revit-Specific Duties

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to all Revit users and project teams.

• Maintain and enforce Revit standards, best practices, and quality control processes.

• Oversee the Revit library, including custom families and groups tailored to MEP/FP workflows.

• Continually evaluate and improve BIM workflows for enhanced productivity and performance.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on MEP Revit experience in a consulting engineering environment (experience in architectural or structural firms also considered).

• Proficiency in the latest versions of Revit and AutoCAD.
