​I'm hiring a BIM Department Manager for a local MEP Design firm. Ideally 2025 start date, can look at Jan 2026.

The firm has around 90 employees and is offering up to $170k (base + annual bonus)

You will leave your fingerprints on the structure and success of the firm moving forward by:

• Leading and mentoring a BIM team of 3–5 (with plans to grow)

• Shaping internal processes and setting technical standards across the firm

• Working cross-discipline with various design teams
