We are seeking an experienced Substation Project Manager to lead and oversee high-voltage substation and utility infrastructure projects. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on management of engineering, procurement, and construction activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of HV substation and utility projects from engineering through construction and closeout.

  • Manage and coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities to meet schedule, cost, and quality objectives.

  • Oversee subcontractors, construction management staff, and site teams.

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking using Primavera and other project controls tools.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and utility standards.

  • Review technical documentation, construction plans, and contractor deliverables.

  • Mentor and manage members of the construction management team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.

  • 5–10 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing EPC activities.

  • Proven experience with high-voltage substations; utility transmission experience strongly preferred.

  • Background in electrical transmission line and substation EPC projects is a plus.

  • Strong computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Primavera.

  • Ongoing professional development through certifications, training programs, or industry education is preferred.
