​Substation Engineer – Remote

We are looking for experienced Substation Engineers to join a leading engineering services firm. They are among the Top 10 Power Delivery firms in the nation. In this role, you’ll support and lead complex substation projects, from design through construction support. Work includes civil/structural, physical, or protection & control (P&C) design, along with QA/QC reviews, engineering studies, and technical guidance to junior engineers.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support substation design projects (up to 345kV)

• Perform studies, calculations, and design reviews (civil/structural, physical, or P&C)

• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams

• Provide PE stamping and technical oversight as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Civil, Structural, or Electrical Engineering

• PE license (or ability to obtain reciprocity)

• Substation design experience (civil/structural, physical, or P&C)

• Willingness to travel up to 15%

Preferred: Experience with CDEGS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, RISA 3D, or similar tools.
