​I’ve just began an exclusive partnership with a West Coast MEP Design Firm who is expanding their East Coast footprint with the launch of their Boston office in Q4 of 2025. We are looking to make the first Senior Mechanical hire now, reporting directly into the Founding Boston Principal. Projects will be largely focused on Mission Critical/Data Center work and you will have the opportunity to grow the business in other markets across the Northeast as well.

This is the 12th office for the company. Their strategy is simple & has proven success: start small, hire top talent in the local area, and grow aggressively. We are looking to get the office to 12 by the EOY, dependent on finding the right Sr. Mechanical Engineers to get us off the ground.
