​Software Engineer – Twilio Flex & AWS DevOps (Contract)

We are supporting a major UK energy organisation that is delivering large-scale digital and customer transformation programmes. As part of this growth, we are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with strong Twilio Flex and AWS DevOps experience to join a high-performing delivery team.

This role sits within a fast-moving, enterprise environment where technology underpins customer experience and operational excellence. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and supporting cloud-based contact centre and customer engagement solutions.

Key Experience Required

We’re keen to speak with engineers who can demonstrate experience in:

• Twilio Flex (customisation, integration, and deployment)

• AWS cloud services (e.g. Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch)

• DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code

• Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools

• Monitoring, logging, and operational support in cloud environments

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and developing solutions using Twilio Flex to support customer engagement

• Building and maintaining AWS-based infrastructure using DevOps best practices

• Implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines

• Collaborating with product owners, architects, and delivery teams

• Ensuring security, scalability, and reliability of solutions
