​Senior Project Manager – Electrical Substations

Location: South West, England | Permanent

Salary: Up to 85k DOE

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering National Grid EPC & RIIO-T2 substation projects across the UK.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met

• Lead construction, M&E, and commercial teams

• Drive HSE standards, risk management, and stakeholder engagement

• Support contract tenders and reporting

​

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience on large design & build projects

• National Grid substation experience

• Strong commercial skills (NEC Option C) and PM certification (APM/PMP)

• Excellent stakeholder management and regulatory knowledge
