A leading European developer of low-carbon data centre campuses is seeking a Data Centre Development Manager to help grow their UK portfolio.

What you’ll do:

• Lead projects from concept to ready-to-build status

• Secure land rights and manage planning permissions

• Oversee grid connections and collaborate with design teams

• Work with landowners, authorities, agents, and advisors

• Manage budgets, risks, and project due diligence

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in Data Centre, Renewable Energy, or Real Estate development

• Strong strategic, negotiation, and project management skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Willingness to travel across the UK
