​We are looking for a Senior Organisation Design Consultant to join our client on a part-time basis.

For this role we are looking for someone who meets the below essential criteria:

• Significant experience in leading organisation design

• Good knowledge of OD best practice, approaches and tooling

• Strong relationship building skills and experience of influencing and working effectively with senior stakeholders and other colleagues through facilitation, presentation, negotiation skills and where appropriate constructive challenge

• Experience of designing and delivering organisation-wide initiatives successfully on time and to budget, demonstrating best practice in leadership development, ODD, culture, team development, HR and/or change through these.
