​I am interviewing Mechanical Engineers for a senior position that will round out the MEP Division of a local, high growth A&E firm.

This hire will launch the Engineering team into a high growth phase. This role would allow for you to expand the company and have your name engraved in that growth.

The current leadership all comes from large teams (Arup, WeWork, Thornton Tomasetti) and has found this type of background breeds the strong motivated and entrepreneurial mindset they are seeking.

Work comes in from the architecture side of the business for now, but the idea is that once this position is filled, the MEP team can focus on their own BD efforts to expand the industries they service.

Mechanical PE in NY required. 7 years of experience minimum.
