They’re now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their commercial team and play a crucial role in building a high-performing top-of-funnel engine. In this role, you’ll be the spark behind new business opportunities — driving outreach, generating pipeline, and enabling the broader sales team to focus on closing.

What You’ll Be Doing
Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers
Follow up on inbound leads quickly and effectively
Build outbound prospecting strategies and run targeted campaigns
Qualify leads into high-value meetings and opportunities
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to optimize the funnel
Experiment with sequences, messaging, and outreach channels to drive performance
Maintain accurate CRM data and share insights with the team
About You
1–2 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation (preferably B2B)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Resourceful, proactive, and motivated by ambitious goals
Energetic, curious, and always looking to improve
Interest in tech, sustainability, or purpose-driven innovation
Experience with the UK market is a bonus, not a requirement
