They’re now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their commercial team and play a crucial role in building a high-performing top-of-funnel engine. In this role, you’ll be the spark behind new business opportunities — driving outreach, generating pipeline, and enabling the broader sales team to focus on closing.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers

  • Follow up on inbound leads quickly and effectively

  • Build outbound prospecting strategies and run targeted campaigns

  • Qualify leads into high-value meetings and opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to optimize the funnel

  • Experiment with sequences, messaging, and outreach channels to drive performance

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and share insights with the team

About You

  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation (preferably B2B)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Resourceful, proactive, and motivated by ambitious goals

  • Energetic, curious, and always looking to improve

  • Interest in tech, sustainability, or purpose-driven innovation

  • Experience with the UK market is a bonus, not a requirement
