Role Overview

​We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to act as both Programme Manager and Product Owner for the delivery of a new retail super-app. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end retail lifecycle, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective product and programme outcomes.

  • Location & Working Model

  • Dubai-based preferred, or willing and able to be in Dubai 2–3 days per week

  • Close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders is required

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end programme delivery of a new retail super-app

  • Act as Product Owner, defining product vision, roadmap, and priorities

  • Partner with business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure alignment across scope, timelines, and outcomes

  • Translate complex retail business processes into clear product and system requirements

  • Drive governance, risk management, and dependency management across the programme

  • Ensure solutions support the full retail lifecycle from pre-season planning through in-season execution

  • Lead stakeholder engagement across merchandising, planning, supply chain, and operations teams

  • Monitor programme performance and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs and milestones

Required Experience & Expertise

  • Proven end-to-end retail experience (mandatory)

  • Strong experience operating across the entire retail lifecycle, including:

Pre-Season

  • Demand Planning

  • Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP)

  • Design

  • Assortment Planning

  • Initial Pricing

  • Initial Allocation

In-Season

  • Replenishment

  • Reordering

  • Inter-store Transfers

  • Order Fulfilment

  • Mark-downs

  • Mark-ups

Skills & Competencies

  • Demonstrated experience as a Programme Manager and/or Product Owner within complex retail or digital transformation initiatives

  • Strong understanding of retail systems, data flows, and operational dependencies

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

  • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
