Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate technology and data initiatives within the Client Group domain, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.

  • Oversee programme budgets, ensuring funds are allocated and spent appropriately to maximize value and achieve desired outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, data, and business stakeholders, to define requirements and deliver solutions.

  • Monitor programme progress, manage risks, and report on key milestones and deliverables.

  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory requirements.

  • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in programme management.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in programme or project management within financial services or a related sector.

  • Strong understanding of technology and data strategy, ideally within asset management or client-focused domains.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver complex programmes on time and within scope.
