Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate technology and data initiatives within the Client Group domain, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
Oversee programme budgets, ensuring funds are allocated and spent appropriately to maximize value and achieve desired outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, data, and business stakeholders, to define requirements and deliver solutions.
Monitor programme progress, manage risks, and report on key milestones and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in programme management.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in programme or project management within financial services or a related sector.
Strong understanding of technology and data strategy, ideally within asset management or client-focused domains.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver complex programmes on time and within scope.
