Job Description

​• act as a and initiative manager within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to e.g. product managers, engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.

• ensure the product is being tested together with internal and external clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry

• support pod Objectives and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals

• ensure the quality and compliance of the product, including from a technical and non-functional requirements perspective

Your team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods.

You’ll be working in the IB Financing Clearing Crew focusing on building out the Clearing client offering

Your expertise

• working in predominantly agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product & project management execution

• delivery of complex products to internal and external clients, within the Cleared Derivatives industry (ETD & cleared OTC)

• defining, setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results)

• team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• strong active listening and verbal and written communication skills to build networks and partnerships with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation

• tenacity and strong sense of accountability
