​About the Role:

• We are currently supporting one of our top clients in the energy and utilities sector to hire a PSA Engineer – SCADA (Reliance).

• This is an exciting opportunity to work on advanced Power Systems Applications within SCADA and EMS environments, contributing directly to the stability and reliability of modern electric transmission systems.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver Power Systems Application software to meet project and product goals.

• Collaborate with Electric Utilities, ISOs, and TSOs to define functional specifications, perform design, coding, testing, and integration activities.

• Implement and support EMS/SCADA systems, ensuring high performance and operational reliability.

• Conduct application tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting for real-time environments.

• Perform data modelling and manage configurations to support system enhancements.

• Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams for project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Electric Transmission EMS/SCADA implementation.

• Hands-on experience with GE PowerOn Reliance (XA21) or equivalent platforms (Siemens, OSI, ABB, Schneider, etc.) preferred.

• Solid understanding of Electric SCADA Applications, Power DMS, and TMS.

• Experience with data modelling and SQL/PLSQL databases.

• Familiarity with Test Management and automated testing frameworks.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams.
