Job Title: PMO / PPM Analyst
Location: Hybrid Redhill, UK (2days/week onsite)
Duration: 6 Weeks Contract
360GBP/day Inside IR35
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled PMO / PPM Analyst to support portfolio management and project delivery within a structured environment. The role will involve planning, governance, reporting, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple projects/programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Support mobilisation and management of project/programme portfolios
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and trackers
Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders using Excel and reporting tools
Support governance processes, including RAID logs, status reporting, and documentation
Assist in capacity and demand planning across projects
Work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Ensure adherence to PMO standards, frameworks, and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience as a PMO Analyst / PPM Analyst
Experience working within insurance or financial services environments (preferred)
Proven experience in portfolio management and project planning
Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, dashboards)
Experience supporting or working as a Project Manager
Good understanding of project lifecycle and governance frameworks
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in capacity and demand modelling
Exposure to project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.)
